Kelly Tang-Associate Architect
Kelly Tang is an Associate Architect and joined Booth Hansen in 2019. Kelly has developed an interest in how the built environment plays an essential role in its occupants’ health and well-being. As a WELL Accredited Professional, Kelly designs to maximize the quality of life. At Booth Hansen, Kelly has worked on an all-electric, energy efficient single family house and multifamily projects in Chicago. She is an active member of the firm’s internal Sustainability Team.

During her studies at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, she was the recipient of Edward L Ryerson Fellowship which allowed her to travel throughout Europe to study supportive and public housing. She currently serves as a mentor for the UIUC Chicago Studio and Virginia Tech Chicago Studio.

Kelly earned her Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Architecture at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Kelly is a licensed Architect in the State of Illinois.
