Amenities feature a southwest-facing pool and rooftop bar with panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip, co-working spaces, sauna, and a fitness center.

The design takes inspiration from the natural environment in palette with ivory stucco and warm bronze metal detailing, emulating the desert context. Varied window rhythms and sizes convey the building’s residential nature. These elements collectively set a compelling precedent for the neighborhood’s future growth.
