Booth Hansen is pleased to announce a transition in firm leadership, marking a new chapter in the practice’s more than four-decade history.

Founding Principal Larry Booth, FAIA, will transition to the role of Principal Emeritus, remaining connected to the practice in an advisory capacity and continuing to support the firm he founded and shaped.

As part of this transition, Booth Hansen has established a new Board of Directors composed of three principals from within the firm:
Tyler Gaeth, AIA — Managing Principal
Landry Root Burkle, AIA — Operations Principal
Kevin Steffes, AIA — Design Principal

Together, Gaeth, Root Burkle, and Steffes will lead the practice forward, building on Booth Hansen’s design legacy while expanding the firm’s creative ambition, strengthening its culture, and developing the next generation of work and leadership.

The transition reflects both continuity and evolution for Booth Hansen: preserving the values, relationships, and commitment to design that have defined the practice while creating new opportunities for its people, clients, and collaborators.
