Michelle McSweeney

Associate Principal
Michelle joined Booth Hansen in 2015 bringing her experience in high-rise residences, medical planning, and interior design. She earned her master’s degree from Iowa State University, where she focused on understanding how the built environment is instrumental to fostering interpersonal relationships.

Although she is a native Iowan, Michelle quickly adapted to Chicago’s urban landscape. She is a member of the Active Transportation Alliance, which aims to create a shift from environmentally harmful, sedentary travel to clean and active travel means such as bicycling, walking, and public transit.
