Charlie Stetson, AIA, LEED AP
Principal/Director
A principal and owner, Charlie brings his multiple talents in management, technical and design to Booth Hansen’s projects. After graduating Cum Laude from both the Illinois Institute of Technology andClemsonUniversity, Charlie sharpened his skills at several top tier firms before joining Booth Hansen. He leads our project teams in the design of mixed use, cultural and academic assignments for our institutional and developer clients. In recent years he has focused on high-rise, residential/commercial developments that have helped shapeChicago’s evolving skyline.
Charlie’s personal interests are as well rounded as his professional abilities. Quite the outdoorsman, he enjoys skiing, camping and rafting. He clearly understands the relationship of buildings to our environment and as a LEED Accredited Professional, championing efficient, low maintenance and low-energy use buildings. Charlie is a licensed Energy Professional and can Self-Certify Building Permits in the City ofChicago.
