Opportunity: A new multi-use high rise replaces an existing 7-story parking garage and adds new office and luxury residential units to a prime site on the Milwaukee riverfront.

Solution:  The varied floor plan requirements are unified in the gently curving building form. Parking comprises the lower levels of the building, topped by three floors of office space designed to take advantage of expansive views.
