Scott Cyphers, AIA, LEED AP
 

Scott joined Booth Hansen in 1998 after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia. He left the firm two years later to pursue a Master of Architecture at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. While completing his graduate studies, Scott interned at Machado Silvetti Associates and Leers Weinzapfel Associates in Boston.

Upon receiving his Masters in 2003, Scott returned to Booth Hansen where he has gained significant experience with institutional projects including student residential buildings at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as the comprehensive renovation of the Education Building at the Chicago Botanic Garden. Scott’s portfolio with the firm also includes the award-winning conversion of a former warehouse to the new Circuit Court of Cook County, a silver level, LEED certified project, and the development of a new field house prototype for the Chicago Park District. Scott is a registered architect in the state of Illinois.
